Young children tend to equate how tall they are with the age they are. Have you ever heard a child say “look how big I am - that’s ‘cuz I’m three now”. Does growth happen with age? We could say for a while it does but then our height peaks and we stop growing (taller anyway).

But Christian growth or faith growth never ever has to stop. Jesus our teacher, our instructor came to us in the form of a baby and “grew” up teaching. Teaching us “how” to live and love and care for each other.  

When we surround ourselves with Christian friends, when we study the Word, and try hard to do what God wants from us we shall continue to grow in our earthly walk with God
