Amy Minear is originally from Roseville, MN and was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic church and converted to Lutheran when she married. Amy graduated with a BS in Business/Accounting from Carlson School of Management, U of MN Twin Cities in 1991. She is also a GIA Graduate Gemologist, which she used when she owned and operated an auction house in Roseville with her family until 2008. At that time she decided to stay home with her two girls and continued
to buy and sell fine jewelry until 2018.
Amy and her husband Coey, a software engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, have been members of Our Savior’s since 2006 along with their daughters Marlaina (Lainey) and Geneva (Evie). Both girls attend Mounds Park Academy. The family enjoys traveling and hopes to visit all 50 states before the girls graduate from high school.
Amy has been very active in community fundraising projects including schools, organizations and even right here at Our Savior’s. She finds it fulfilling to help find the funds for others to fuel their ideas. Amy has volunteered for several years to manage the school supply segment of the community backpack program headquartered at Our Savior’s. She has also been a member of the Endowment Foundation Board, her husband Coey is a past Planning Council President.
