Our family (Tim and children: Christian and Elizabeth) has attended OSLC since we moved to Lexington in 2008.  Our kids have participated in Sunday school, mission trips, youth club, and confirmation.  I have volunteered within the children, youth and confirmation ministries since we joined Our Savior’s.  I am excited to serve on this committee to assist in identifying the role and job description for the new pastor.

I have been a member at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church for the past 16 years.  My husband Steve and I, along with our kids, Allison, aged 16, Carter, 13 and Tyler, 10 have been involved over the years in many of the programs that Our Savior’s offers.  I also have contributed as a singer and musician in Cornerstone for the past 12 years.  I have enjoyed sharing music with the congregation.  I also have played the piano for the Youth Club choir, helped lead the music and planning for Bible School for many years, and have taught Sunday School and helped with Refresh Sunday.  I am excited to be part of the Call committee for our new pastor because Pastor Tim was such a great addition to our congregation and I would like to be part of finding someone just like Tim, that is a good fit for us.  Thanks, and I look forward to the hard work of finding a great new pastor for Our Savior’s.

I have been attending Our Savior’s Lutheran Church since I was baptized here in 1994. This church and its members have always been a home for me. My years in preschool, Sunday school, youth club, confirmation, and SALT have really helped me learn about my faith. This church has helped shape who I am now as a husband and a father. I have been volunteering as a confirmation guide for the last 4 years and have really been enjoying spending time with the bright youth of this congregation. My life has been very affected by the amazing youth and family pastors we have been blessed to have over my time with this church. I am very honored to be on the call committee helping to call our next amazing pastor to this wonderful
A little more about me: I am a husband to my amazing wife Kayla Ludwig. I am a father to my beautiful little girl Macy and am expecting another child in the summer of 2022. I love spending my free time in nature where I feel closest to God, hunting and fishing and exploring the woods with our dog Remy.
