Worship in the Park Brings Faith, Fellowship, Sunshine + Ice Cream!

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful morning for Worship in the Park. This past Sunday, OSLC setup worship at Golden Lake Park to worship together outdoors.

There is something special about gathering outside for worship in God's creation. We sang together, prayed together, and spent time reflecting on God's Word while surrounded by nature and one another. It was also a meaningful morning as we celebrated a baptism together, welcoming a new member into our faith family and sharing in the joy of this special moment. The morning was a wonderful reminder that the church isn't a building, it's the people who come together in faith.

After the service, many stayed to enjoy an Ice Cream Social hosted by the OSLC Connections Team. It was the perfect way to wrap up the morning! Many enjoyed a sweet treat, children played, and people spent time catching up and getting to know one another.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the morning possible, whether you helped with setup, music, hospitality, serving ice cream, or cleanup. Events like this are only possible because of so many willing hands, and we're grateful for each of you.
